We started in 1981 with Mrs. Ma. Enriqueta Soto Aguirre † , a lover of traditional Mexican food.
We started as a restaurant, later a discotheque was built where the rooms are currently located. We also have had a completely natural wastewater treatment plant for 11 years.
Within the center of the lake, we have a firefly habitat, a honey apiary, an orchard where plums, pears, and apples are grown, and a living pharmacy.
We border the San Antonio Dam, which connects us to the famous basaltic prisms, where our guests can go directly by boat.
